* Sweet Samba is offering an Introductory to Yoga workshop for anyone interested in learning more about yoga or for those who may be out of “practice” for awhile and want to get back into yoga. The workshop will cover basic Hatha Yoga postures and their benefits as well as proper alignment techniques, breathing techniques and a guided relaxation.

* The workshop will run for 1 1/2 hours. Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water and dress comfortable to allow for easy movement. We suggest you eat a healthy breakfast and have nothing else to eat for 2 hours prior to the workshop.

* To register for a spot in the workshop please call Sweet Samba at 770-435-5505 as space is limited. The workshop is $15.00 if you register by July, 22nd at 5p.m. Late registration and/or walk-ins will cost $20.00
