Sweet Samba in Vinings will be featured on CBS Better Mornings on Friday, July 16th! We will be live in-studio from 5 to 7 a.m. doing a yoga & Pilates demonstration. CBS will also come out to tape our Thursday class that starts at noon. We want to make sure the class that is being taped is packed, so we want YOU to come check out the class for free for a chance to be on TV! We promise a lot of fun & exercise plus a chance to be on CBS! See you Thursday!
